I'm out in some place that I think is the forest but is really my backyard. I'm hanging out with Maria, an ex-boyfriend
of hers (?), some guy and another girl. Maria and her ex get into an argument and all of a sudden he pulls
out this gun and shoots her. The rest of us start screaming and run away. I run to my neighbors house so
I can hide and also call my mom. She's working at some office place (it's weird because while I'm calling
I can actually see where she is) full with people all talking at once. I'm in my grandma's front yard and a
bunch of people are hanging out. I see Desiree, and when she asks me about Maria, I have to tell her what
happened. Then there's this other car full of girls that comes up, and one of them asks me about Maria too.
I tell her but I get really upset now and start yelling and the girl is like "Ahh." Then I feel bad because she
really didn't know and so I start trying to apologize to her but then her friends want to leave so I have to get
into the car with them. We're driving out in the hills and it's all scary and dark. I go back to Pitt to see people
and I meet up with Mr. Spelling. He is talking to a couple of girls but then starts ignoring them to talk to me.
I say I just wanted to see him because I missed him (or something) and that I have to go and find Mr. Stuart.
Mr. Spelling hugs me and gives me a little kiss and whispers in my ear "Where should we meet tomorrow?"
And I'm like "I don't know, give me your phone number and I'll call you." So he gets out this piece of paper
and starts trying to write on it but the two chicks start all trying to see what he's doing and stuff. Finally
I get the piece of paper. When I'm walking over to where Mr. Stuart's room is I see Mr. Davis and Mr. Spelling
tells me that he (Mr. Davis) is supposed to be having a baby today (well, not him, but his wife). I am looking
for Mr. Stuart when Pitt turns into some big department store (?) I'm in the Sci-Fi section and I think I see
Mr. Stuart so I go over to him, but it's just some guy who looks like him. I see the real Mr. Stuart from a ways
off, wearing this weird hat, but it's like he disappears or something. I'm over at my locker and it belongs to
some dude and the locker number is "1458."
july 12
I go to my political science class but the door is locked and no one can get in so we're sitting on these chairs
in the hallway. The teacher is giving us a lecture but nobody is really listening. The girl sitting next to me has
all these pictures of her from some TV show. I'm walking around with all of these papers and I drop one, and
this blind woman gets hold of it. She doesn't really believe that it's mine until I tell her what's on it. She can
tell what's on the paper by touching it and she knows that it's mine so she gives it to me. I'm one of several
people who live in LMC classrooms (my room is where the Little Theatre is). I leave my room for whatever
reasons and I run into these two scary old military guys who keep talking to me. I'm hanging out with Dana
in Berkeley and she's making me carry around this notebook for her. It's all full of these loose papers, and
I keep on dropping them. Also while we're walking up this little hill I fall on my face. I'm at home and I'm
supposed to hang out with Dana and Lucy, but I don't really want to. I'm also supposed to hang out with
Maria and Michelle at the same time, so I keep looking at the clock and hoping they get there first. I'm in
the kitchen, looking out the window, and I see this weird little silver car outside. I can't see who's in it at
first and then I see Dana's face in the passenger window. I'm disappointed and I'm about to go to the door
when I see Maria and Michelle pull up too. I'm not sure what happens except that I don't hang out with
either of them, and Dana and I get into a fight and vow to never hang out together again. I'm hanging around
my house when Maria calls me. "Dana and Lucy are really out to get you this weekend," she said. "They're
going to punch you." I said something like, "How can they, there's no way I'm letting them into my house."
"They're going to do a fruit smash," Maria says. As she says that none other than Dana and Lucy come up
my stairs. My parents are sitting in the living room so I go over and whisper to them, "Dana and Lucy are
going to do a fruit smash." As soon as I finish saying that, Dana throws a watermelon into our house through
the mailbox.
july 29
I'm going to college but I live by myself. The house I live in looks exactly like the one I'm in now. Myself, my sister, and a bunch of other people are in what looks like my parent's bedroom, only there's no furniture and the room is much bigger. We are all laying on the floor because there are these weird earthquake-like movements going on. Every half minute or so the house will shake a bit and suddenly feel like it drops. My parents call me on the phone because they are worried I don't have enough money and want to give me some. I'm arguing with them when suddenly I know that something really bad is about to happen, so I tell my sister and everyone to hold on tight and to close their eyes. As soon as we all do the house starts shaking and dropping seriously, and there are all these weird siren noises. Even though my eyes are closed I can see there are all these lights flashing over and over. It finally stops and I'm worried that something has happened to my dog outside, but I look outside my window and he's fine, just walking around the pool. I'm at the grocery store but I only have three dollars so I'm having a hard time figuring out what to buy. I go to my grandma's house, and it is much bigger and older. I'm trying to do my homework but my brother keeps bugging me, so I have to go outside and do it in the car. I make Mark be my guard.
july 30
I'm at the Olive Garden with Maria and Michelle, but for some reason I'm brushing my teeth. The waiter is all asking us what we want before we even sit down so I have to run to the bathroom to spit out all the toothpaste and stuff. I'm on the computer doing homework and my dad is yelling at me to do the dishes. I'm hanging out with some girl (?) near my grandma's house and we meet this guy who is new in town. The girl leaves and so me and the guy are just hanging out and talking. We go to either my house or his house (I don't know which) but it looks like my grandma's house. Both of us and are parents are all sitting in the front room and talking, and one of them asks him if he has an "acid cigarette" (????) He does and so he lights it up and we all smoke a little bit. It's looked exactly like a regular cigarette but it smelled and tasted really good. I go for a drive with Dana and I tell her all about the new guy.
july 31
Everyone is kicking it old school, and we go to some fancy restaurant in the middle of the night. I remember that myself, Maria, Dana, and Zach are there, and I know there were more but I forget. I am sitting next to Dana and she is being all sweet and unusually nice. I'm online and I find another diary of hers, and this one is all cool looking because the theme is black and gold, with all of these weird Egyptian designs. I'm over at Rose's house and for some reason I'm trying to back her mothers car out of the street. It's weird because I'm in the passenger seat and I have to swing my leg over to touch the brake when the car nearly crashes into the fence. I'm at home and I put those bath crystals I have into the tub, only I put like the whole box. I don't get in, but just leave it there, so the whole house starts to smell really good. In the dream the crystals make it smell like strawberries, and my mom says she had lavender ones in earlier. My whole family drives me over to this house, which turns into the More For Less. The front is all covered in cardboard and masking tape so this chick has to take it down. I get inside the store and it has turned into a really big place, more like a department store. There are lots of families there shopping. I have five dollars to spend so I'm walking around, looking for something I want to buy. I come up to one of those quarter machines, and inside are a bunch of sunglasses. I see a few pairs I like but don't want to risk getting an ugly pair so I keep walking. I finally get over to the meat section and Rose is there, and she's saying that we should go in together and buy this really good looking piece of steak.
