I'm back in high school. A bunch of us are on some kind of field trip, and we have to go on this train. I am sitting with Maria, Rose, and Michelle. I am scared because I know the train is haunted. I'm telling Maria about how when I was at home and packing for the trip, I kept finding all these weird old things I hadn't seen in just about forever and how it was a bad sign. On the train, lots of people are getting ready to go to sleep because it's night. I am with Maria and Rose out in the hills, and we have to run away from something. To get away, we have to go on this weird obstacle course where we climb and walk across these little ladders and bridges and such. Maria is in front, myself in the middle, and Rose behind me. I keep thinking that I'm going to fall down into this jungle-like place but I manage to hold on. When we get to the end of the obstacle course, there is this spot where you have to jump down near these four headstones. (Just the headstones, not really graves because no one is buried there). One belongs to JFK, another to Mother Teresa, another to Dr. Dre (?????) and I don't know who the last one belongs to. When you fall down to it, whoever's headstone you land closest to, you have to say a prayer for them or something. I'm at home getting ready for school and running really late. Rose has her mom drop her off and we're supposed to get a ride with Mark. We get to school, but it's out in the middle of nowhere, and we're in this huge parking lot. We see these security guards off a way and suddenly I realize I'm not wearing any pants. I think that the security guards will be mad at me so I don't know what to do. When they come over, Mark takes some money out of my backpack and gives it to them so they'll go away. Then all of a sudden I'm inside the school and I'm walking around with Hugh, another guy, and some girl. We want to go on a field trip but we forgot to fill out some forms so Hugh did it for us. We have to take it to the office but somehow we get sidetracked and go to class instead. We all belong to a math class being taught by Mr. Spelling, but in the dream it's almost the end of the first semester and I hadn't been to class except for a few times. For some reason I know it's not the end of the first semester yet but the rest of the class has already taken the final. Mr. Spelling doesn't do anything through class except sit at his desk and just watch everyone talk. I am sitting and talking with Maria, Michelle, and Tiffany who is for some reason being really cool. Mr. Spelling starts playing Veruca Salt and we are singing along to it.

My grandma's house has turned into this huge building, and I'm walking around with Rose, some girl, and some weird scary guy. At some point the scary guy turns into Mark and we're talking about having a seance or using a Ouija board or something. Mark asks me if we should try to contact Tracy, but I tell him that I think it's too soon. My family, Rose, her mother and myself are all in the Home Depot parking lot because Rose and I are supposed to be practicing driving. The parking lot is apparently across from LMC. Rose gets in to drive, and I get in the passenger seat. We drive around the parking lot a little bit and she gets behind this car as if she's going to go on the open road, for whatever reason. Rose doesn't stop quickly enough and she taps the car in front very lightly. The girl in that car gets her car back into the lot, and then drives us across the street. I am in my grandma's garage with all of these people: an old man and a bunch of little kids. We are trying to perform some ritual, and the garage door keeps trying to close but we have to keep it open because we need sunlight coming into the room. There is this little boy who keeps going around spraying everyone with water. Maria and I live in my grandma's house (even though my grandparents are still living there) and we have a pet pig. The pig can talk, and he keeps jumping all over us. I'm with Michelle and Rose, and we're walking around an older neighborhood. There is really loud music playing somewhere, and I have a really bad headache so I go up to this house to see if I can get some Tylenol. The house that I go to is a huge yellow one that is all dark and scary on the inside, and a farmer and a nun live there.

I'm going into a hospital with my mom, and walking right in front of us is this married couple. They are arguing, and I've been having an affair with the man so I tell my mom that I have to confess. We go inside and just sit around. Derek and Angelica are there. I am trying to hide my legs because Derek is trying to look at them (I'm wearing a dress). He asks everyone else if they think I look different from high school. He says that I always mess up shaving my legs, and when I look down, I am bleeding. I clean it up with a wash cloth and then put it away in the laundry room. I'm getting ready for my mom's birthday party and I want to invite Dana to go to Raley's with me. I go there and I ask them for a mini-shopping cart but they say they don't have one, but I can get one at the store across the street. I go over there and it turns out to be some Civil War store.

I'm at LMC at night, and it's all dark and scary. There is this whole group of people in this auditorium type room (but not like the Little Theatre) and we are supposed to be splitting off into groups so we can explore the basement. Somehow I get to go on the trip to Europe except we are driving. Rose is there too, and she has a crush on some guy on the bus. He looks a little bit younger than her and he wears glasses. We are at this restaurant in France and I'm impatient for the waiter to come because I'm really hungry. You can also buy these special shoes at the restaurant and I'm thinking that I don't know what size of shoes to get because they measure it differently over there. I'm in the LMC bookstore buying a french book and I'm looking through a used one, when I realize it's missing over a hundred pages. I'm driving this white car really fast through the hills. Anne and June are in the car with me. I get to this one place in the road and Ferguson and Justin are standing there. They tell me I have to start going more slowly so I say OK and start going again. For some reason I start having trouble with the car and the next thing I know I'm standing next to it and it's in this huge wreck. June and Anne aren't dead but they're nowhere to be found. I'm looking at the car and I realize it's different from the one I was driving, so I'm trying to tell that to Ferguson, Justin, and this old dude who's their boss. I am watching a movie with Rose and her mom. It takes place in the olden times (I'm not sure which olden times) but in the movie they're doing something called a "Family Tour." This one guy gets killed and his family members start going around decapitating everyone. The story is being told by this one girl about twelve years old. I'm with a bunch of my friends in my house getting ready because we have to go on some weird, long trip. I'm with Rose in the bathroom, and we're getting stuff like toothpaste and shampoo. All of a sudden the stuff we've been gathering disappears so we start looking all around for it. We find it in the hallway, and we think the spirit of some girl (?) moved it there. I'm in my closet with Rose, Maria, Mark, and Dana (in the dream, my closet is really huge) because we're getting clothes to take with us. I'm trying to get outfits for different types of weather but everyone else keeps taking the outfits that I want. I have all these fancy dresses in the closet. For some reason I'm singing "The End is the Beginning is the End" (by the Smashing Pumpkins).

My family is at my grandma's house and we're having dinner. I'm getting my plate ready and I'm about to sit down when my plate drops - food side down of course - on the floor. I start screaming and my mom comes over and fixes my plate up. All of a sudden we're sitting around our table at home and I'm telling my mom about how I want to spend the night at my grandma's house before I go back to school, preferably that night, but she says my brother is going that night so I can't. I'm at Pitt and I'm trying to find a telephone. I finally find one in this weird side room, but I can't figure out how to use it because there is a headset, a mouthpiece, and all this weird stuff. I'm trying to call my house and all of a sudden Maria and Michelle rush into the room and close the door behind them. They say there are these weird machine animals that are going around killing anyone who's in a main hallway. The little phone room leads off into this other room instead of the hall, so we decide we're safe. This other door opens and it's Mr. Spelling and his class. They all come in and we go into the other room. I want to talk to Mr. Spelling but he says he wants to try and round up as many people as he can, so he leaves. I have to use the bathroom so I go into this huge bathroom that is apparently co-ed. I start talking to this guy in a stall next to me for whatever reasons, and he asks me kind of jokingly to do something to him, and he's surprised when I say okay. We're getting ready to leave and he tells me some of the girls in the bathroom are calling me a slut but I tell him I don't care what they think. We go off into this room that I guess must be a bedroom because there are a few sets of bunk beds. We get on the top bunk of one of them and start doing stuff. We're only there for a couple of minutes when we see this guy in the doorway watching us and so we're like "Ahh!" Then of course Mr. Spelling has to come along and he makes me leave for a minute so he can talk to the guy. After he's done talking to the guy he takes me over to my bedroom to talk.

There's some kind of family party going on at my grandma's house. I am in the backyard skating and arguing with this guy who keeps insisting that he's better than I am (at skating). I finally yell something like "Well of course you're better than I am, you took lessons and I learned skating all by myself." There is this weird little door in one of the fences and he has this remote to open it, and he keeps threatening to let a dog in who will attack me. I go inside and I get mad at my mom because she's playing Scattergories with a bunch of people and I say she never wants to play it with me. All of a sudden the party is being held at my house, and everyone is just kind of hanging out when these earthquakes start happening. Rose's mom says she is going to take everyone out to dinner, so I start to get ready. I have to use the bathroom, and two girls from my creative writing class are in there. I tell them I want to be alone and they say something about how it's okay to be in the bathroom at the same time and I say, "Well, I'm a very private bathroom person" so they leave. Dana and I are writing letters to each other because she is still on her trip, and at one point we mention how Rose has a baby. I write one where I tell her we really have to talk when she gets back. This girl and her dad hit someone with their car, and they thought they were going to get away with it but the car had a videocamera that taped them talking about it, so they got caught.
