dolls
While I actually have a reputation for being wary of dolls, I do collect some. Observe:
I'm not sure what these are made out of, but they're really neat. It's a set of nine (a couple were cut off in this picture) I bought at a yard sale for fifty cents. They have a really sweet smiley face that I should put a close-up of here.
Corn husk dolls my mom found at a yard sale. One holds a fan, another an umbrella, another a broom, and so on.
Some of the huge lot of corn husk dolls I got on eBay. At the left, you'll also see a squat wooden one. That one holds a cute plaque that says "Housework makes you ugly." The two on the right, with stick legs, my mom found at a craft-y type store. They have really neat outfits made out of different scraps of fabrics.
More of the corn husk dolls. Many of the larger ones have no faces (Amish style), which usually bothers me but these are cute. There's one holding an even tinier corn husk baby.
The last of the corn husks... the one in the little platform is standing next to a chicken and holding a tiny plate of eggs.
