dove nest
We have had three different families of doves live in two hanging cactus plants on our front porch. It's so neat watching them move in, then hatch the eggs.. the babies are so ugly that they're cute, not unlike your humble narrator.
A nest with a bird inside, pretty explanatory. It's amazing how still they sit and blink at you.
My dad took a pic of the eggs when both birds were gone from the nest.
