Even if things get too heavy, we'll all float on

Welcome to a special, updated early on Saturday edition of my blog.

Last night, in an attempt to relax, I made this drink from a recipe in my bartender book called a "Father Sherman." It sounded good in theory but was actually REALLY gross. Orange juice + apricot brandy = Ew. I had like two sips and then threw it down the sink. Tasted bad, smelled worse. I don't know if it was just the orange juice, which is Foster Farms brand, and not at all enjoyable.

I've spent the better part of today downloading. The amount of money in my cell phone account, seeing as I almost never use it, is ridiculous, so I got a few new ringtones. My list in total:

While struggling to subdue my rabid computer, I have at least been greatly entertained by the kickass music they've been playing on Music Choice Retro-Active all day. Altered Images, the Wonder Stuff, Berlin, Echo and the Bunnymen; word. And last night before going to bed, I heard "Mexican Radio" by Wall of Voodoo. I can not decide whether that is the most irritating or best song ever.

Not much else to say. I guess I'll be a good girl today and work on "Good Girls" (ba-dum bum!) and figure out something yum to make for dinner.p

God, it's only one o'clock? It feels later... I woke up today just before seven, which isn't bad for me. And I went to bed last night at ten. Sleep rules.
